Shipping & Delivery Policy

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.). We are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking number shows that your package has been delivered, but you cannot locate it:

  • Please check around your property (porch, garage, side doors, etc.)

  • Check with neighbors or other members of your household

  • Contact your local post office for GPS delivery confirmation and additional details

In many cases, packages are left in secure or hidden locations for protection.

Carrier Responsibility

Once a package is marked as delivered, the carrier considers the shipment complete. Any issues regarding missing packages must be handled through the carrier directly.

Our Support

While we are not able to replace or refund orders that are confirmed delivered, we want to help however we can. If your package cannot be recovered, please contact us—we may offer a discounted replacement as a one-time courtesy.

We recommend selecting shipping insurance or secure delivery options at checkout when available for added protection.
