Why We Have This Policy

Many of our items are custom-made or made-to-order specifically for you. Once production begins, we cannot resell these personalized items to other customers. All digital downloads are always final as well as file is sent instantly.

Quality Guarantee

While we cannot accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@madebymilenac.com with photos of the issue. We will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Order Accuracy

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order is placed and production begins, we cannot make changes or cancel the order.
